About

FEE Construction LLC is a locally owned, veteran-owned boutique construction company based in Sarasota, Florida, with over 30 years of construction industry experience.

As a Florida Certified Building Contractor (CBC1259038), we specialize in custom new home construction, residential additions, whole-house renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, commercial renovations and buildouts, and hurricane-impact windows and doors.

Unlike high-volume builders, we approach new home construction one project at a time. Our construction-concierge philosophy emphasizes personalized service, direct project oversight, professional workmanship, transparent communication, and accountability from beginning to completion.

We proudly serve Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, North Port, Englewood, Lakewood Ranch, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, and surrounding communities.

Our involvement with the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau reflects our commitment to community involvement, professional accountability, and conducting business with integrity.

We do not ask clients to accept claims of trustworthiness. We believe trust must be earned through our experience, actions, workmanship, and results.

"We Bid The Job. We Do The Job."

"Integrity costs nothing, lack of it does."
