About

Pure Green UTC Sarasota is where clean eating meets real flavor. Located at The Market at University Town Center, we serve cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies, açaí bowls, artisan toasts, and oatmeal, all made with whole, real ingredients and no shortcuts.

Our cold-pressed juices pack up to five pounds of fresh produce into every bottle. They're preserved with High Pressure Processing instead of heat, which keeps the nutrients and the bright, fresh taste. They come from the same juice supplier trusted by professional teams across the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB. Our smoothies and açaí bowls are made to order, our menu is non-GMO and certified kosher, and every recipe is guided by registered dietitians. It's nutrition without compromise and flavor without guilt.

Pure Green is a national brand with locations in more than 25 states, and our UTC store is locally owned and operated by neighbors who care about the health of this community. Whether you're coming off a morning workout, fueling up between meetings, treating the kids after school, or looking for a lighter lunch while you shop, we want Pure Green to be the easiest healthy choice of your day.

We also love working with local businesses:

• Corporate catering: smoothies, açaí bowls, and cold-pressed juice for meetings, trainings, client events, and celebrations.
• Community Partner Program: local businesses get their own discount code to share with customers, and earn free smoothie rounds for their team.
• Wellness events and sampling: we bring tastings to health fairs, fitness classes, school events, senior wellness programs, and community gatherings around Sarasota and Manatee.

Stop by and see what fresh tastes like. We're proud to be part of the Sarasota business community.
