[LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL] - Making An Impact, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with essential information and resources in Sarasota and Manatee counties, is pleased to announce the hiring of Scott Henderson as Executive Director.
Henderson brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership experience, with expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, donor engagement, community partnerships, and program development. He has previously led organizations focused on addressing the needs of children, families, marginalized or underserved populations and supporting healthy and connected communities. As a nonprofit consultant has successfully guided multiple nonprofits through start-up, growth, and strategic transitions.

At Making An Impact, Henderson will focus on advancing its mission to empower organizations and people with basic need and disaster recover information.
